Return and Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unused and in original packaging
  • Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, please contact our customer support team. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Note: Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Within the first 7 days:
If you receive a defective product, please contact our technical support team first. We will cover the shipping cost by providing a return shipping label via email.

After 30 days:
You will be responsible for shipping the product to us. Once the device is received and inspected, we will cover the shipping cost to send the repaired or replacement product back to you.

Damages and Issues

Non-Returnable Items
